Job Title: Quality Control Technician Apprentice | Req ID: 16157| HR Contact: Daneik J FOWLER| Location: Celina TX ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a Concrete Quality Control Technician Apprentice who's ready to learn, put your skillsto work on projects that matter - and build a career with a company that's building North America. This job will be based in Celina, TX WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Accelerated Competency Program: Prioritizes rapid proficiency during the initial 60-dayonboarding phase. Mentorship-Led Onboarding: Highlights daily guidance and support from experiencedsenior staff. Collects samples and performs accurate quality control testing to ensure product qualityunder supervision. Assist in the preparation and testing of laboratory concrete trial batches. Examines laboratory samples to determine their physical properties and determineconformity. Provides verbal and/or written test results to management and production staff in atimely manner. Prepare required documents with test results to be presented to production personneland quality control management. Learns to ensure that all testing is conducted efficiently and consistently to ensureaccurate results. Assists with customer service issues as directed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Ensure that safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed. Learning and application of skills. Basic computer skills including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Basic math skills and knowledge of statistics. Ability to obtain ACI concrete and aggregate certifications as required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Additional Requirements: Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
