Senior AI Developer(Location: Dublin or Cork)As a Senior AI Developer you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable software solutions that power next-generation AI-native applications and enterprise platforms. This role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling the development of robust systems that support intelligent workflows, data processing, model integration, automation, and AI-assisted decision making. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Platform Engineers to deploy and operate enterprise-grade AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and production-ready.You will:Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered enterprise applications and services.Build scalable platforms that support the next generation of AI-native enterprise tooling.Implement intelligent workflows, AI-assisted automation, and conversational experiences.Integrate commercial and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.Build scalable backend systems for model integration, orchestration, and data processing.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements:5+ years of software engineering experience (Python, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, Blazor).2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications (LLMs, RAG, MPC, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI).Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions into production environments.Proven ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.Experience building AI-powered applications beyond proof-of-concept stage.Desirable:Experience with advanced AI/ML technologies, including machine learning frameworks, statistical modelling techniques, LLM fine-tuning, RAG/Graph RAG architectures.Experience with modern cloud, data, and engineering practices, including Docker and containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Databricks, SSIS, Power BI integration.Here’s our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
