What You'll Be Doing

This role is all about expertise and people skills. We need a professional who can diagnose plumbing problems, perform flawless repairs, and, most importantly, build lasting relationships with our customers.

• Be the Expert Guide: Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace. You'll translate complex issues into clear options, guiding customers to confident decisions.
• Master the Flow: Efficiently manage your work, maintain accurate records, and keep in close communication with our dispatch team.
• Keep It Polished: Ensure your company vehicle is clean and stocked—it's your office on wheels!
• Be Ready When We Need You: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hours emergency calls, with extra pay for your time.

Requirements:

  You're a Great Fit If:

• You have 1-3 years of residential plumbing experience.
• You're an exceptional communicator with top-notch customer service skills.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job (confined spaces, various environments).
• You have a clean driving record and are ready to jump into our systems (Service Titan experience is a plus!).
