Job Description

Description:

We're not your typical Home Services company. At Streamline Services, we're a tight-knit team driven by our shared core values and a genuine love for what we do. If you're a plumber looking for a place where your hard work is appreciated, your manager invests in you, and your birthday is a paid holiday, then you've found your home!

This role is all about expertise and people skills. We need a professional who can diagnose plumbing problems, perform flawless repairs, and, most importantly, build lasting relationships with our customers.

• Be the Expert Guide: Inspect, diagnose, repair, and replace. You'll translate complex issues into clear options, guiding customers to confident decisions.
• Master the Flow: Efficiently manage your work, maintain accurate records, and keep in close communication with our dispatch team.
• Keep It Polished: Ensure your company vehicle is clean and stocked—it's your office on wheels!
• Be Ready When We Need You: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to handle after-hours emergency calls, with extra pay for your time.
• Embrace the Culture: Commit to being Dependable, Positive, and Eager to Learn, Humble, Process Driven, and Dedicated—these aren't just words; they're how we operate every day.

  You're a Great Fit If:

• You have 1-3 years of residential plumbing experience.
• You're an exceptional communicator with top-notch customer service skills.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job (confined spaces, various environments).
• You have a clean driving record and are ready to jump into our systems (Service Titan experience is a plus!).

• Competitive Base Pay paired with Performance Bonuses that offer unlimited earning potential.
• 401k with a 3% Company Match.
• 100% Employer-Paid Medical and Dental Insurance.
• 2 Weeks PTO and 6 Holidays.
• Special Paid Day Off for your Birthday and a loved one's birthday!
• Fully Stocked, Take-Home Company Truck.
• Company Phone and Tablet.
• 8 Paid Uniforms.
• Tool Purchase Program.
• Bi-Weekly Paid Training and dedicated 1:1 time with your Manager.
• A supportive team that celebrates success and gives back to the community!
