Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RNJob Description: Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical area along with other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren. MUST have Cardiology experience Days/ hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am -5:00pmPrincipal Accountabilities Of Clinical Supervisor, RNProvides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plansSupervises and provides guidance to Nurses and certified Medical AssistantsConducts phone triagingOversees medication managementEducates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.Other related duties as assigned, coverage as needed.Overseeing clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative SupervisorsConducts Clinical meetingsMaintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadershipVisiting offices to check in on clinical staff and clinical operations and compliance.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's required.Valid NJ RN LicensePreferred:5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices5+ years experience direct Cardiology or related experienceAbility to multi task and handle a lot at onceExcellent written and verbal communicationProfessionalism and confidentialityAbout UsAtlantic Medical Group is a physician-led and physician-governed organization that delivers the highest quality health care, at the right place, the right price, and the right time.
