We are looking for an organized and proactive Service Dispatcher who can keep the day running smoothly, support our field technicians, and provide customers with an excellent service experience.Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hourWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payConsistent, year-round workMedical, dental, and vision insurance, with 75% of the cost covered for employees and dependents401(k) with company match up to 4%Paid vacation and sick timePaid holidaysSupportive, family-oriented work environmentPosition OverviewThe Service Dispatcher coordinates the daily schedules of field technicians and helps ensure customer appointments and service commitments are met. This position serves as an important link between customers, technicians, and the office team. The ideal candidate can quickly evaluate technician availability, skill level, job requirements, and location to make effective scheduling decisions. You will also communicate service updates to customers, provide logistical support to technicians, and help ensure each day operates efficiently and cost- effectively.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.QualificationsAt least two years of customer service experiencePrevious dispatching, project coordination, or scheduling experience preferredHVAC, plumbing, construction, or other skilled-trade experience is a plusStrong computer and data-entry skillsCareful attention to detail when reviewing schedules and documentationAbility to confidently manage a multi-line phone systemFamiliarity with the local service area or strong map-reading skillsClear and professional verbal and written communicationAbility to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive approach with the confidence to recognize what needs to be done and take actionServiceTitan experience preferred Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
