Job Summary Prepares (load screen and ink in press) and prints graphics, keeps printing press clean, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining print equipment, and completing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Follow safety procedures and practices outlined on the Safety Placard for each piece of equipment Operate presses (including registration and set‑ups) Sharpen a squeegee Print across most aspects of printing (fine line to 4‑color) Prepare, print, and finish screen‑printed graphics Troubleshoot and correct printing problems Print sharp, crisp images with a low error rate Understand inks and curing/drying methods (including testing UV cured inks) Take initiative and show leadership Maintain outstanding attention to detail Competencies Must be able to count accurately Well‑organized; consistently meets deadlines Works in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail Works independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines Proactive and flexible to meet customer ship dates Efficiency knowledge of procedures/processes Ability to adhere to instructions Customer‑oriented approach and positive outlook Work Environment Climate‑controlled work environment Cement floor; anti‑fatigue mats provided Clean working environment May be exposed to moving mechanical parts. Frequent changing position, reaching, handling Constant standing Exerts 20–50 lbs. occasionally; 10–25 lbs. frequently; negligible–10 lbs. constantly Expected Hours of Work Full‑time; Monday–Friday, 8 hour days.
