Top Priority Homecare in Merrillville, IN is looking for a motivated and organized Field Coordinator to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you'll be the vital link between our caregivers and the clients we serve, ensuring seamless home care operations every day. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule field caregivers to ensure proper client coverage and continuity of care

Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families in the field

Monitor caregiver attendance, punctuality, and performance in the field

Conduct client and caregiver check-ins to assess satisfaction and address concerns

Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new field staff

Respond to scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and urgent staffing needs in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of caregiver assignments, client visits, and field activity reports

Coordinate events for hiring

Coordinate marketing events

Recuriting potiential clients

Requirements:

Prior experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or a related field preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff and clients

Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing schedules or priorities

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
