We provide extensive training, teaching, and coaching to our staff. Tasks and Responsibilities Communicate with patients so they can confidently make decisions about the recommended plan of care. Ensure patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes within the suggested time frame. Develop mutually beneficial relationships that benefit both the patient and the clinic. Keep patients engaged and excited about their therapy, ensuring commitment to the treatment plan. Provide high level of customer care to encourage patients to return and refer others. Ensure completion of a full plan of care as agreed in the first session. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes within required time frames. Contribute to and help develop in‑house education for therapists and staff. Utilize outreach approaches to attract new patients through workshops, professional referrals, community events, and media such as Facebook and Instagram. Self‑motivated and uphold high standards aligned with personal values. Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Wisconsin. Qualifications Proven working experience as a physical therapist assistant. Excellent knowledge of physiology, best practices, and standards. Hands‑on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities. Strong communication and instruction skills. Healthcare administration and documentation proficiency. Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant or relevant certification. Associate degree as a PTA. Preferred: 1 year of PTA experience and CPR certification. Preferred: Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
