Job Title Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Ironwood, MI Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Required Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of approximately 11,500 visits Perform ECI triage assessments and deliver appropriate interventions in a Trauma Level IV facility Perform splinting and other unit-specific clinical skills as required Collaborate with a small RN team covering the ED, with additional overlap coverage during peak hours Float to ICU as needed (preferred but not required) Be available for on-call assignments during low census periods, with a minimum 2-hour call-back requirement Required Qualifications Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications Proficiency with Epic electronic health records ECI Triage training and splinting competency Preferred Experience / Skills ICU float experience Experience in a low-volume or critical access Emergency Department setting Why Join Us Contract includes call-back pay eligibility when recalled to the facility during low census on-call periods Opportunity to work in a close-knit clinical environment with a supportive team structure Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 773196.
