Work Schedule

Full-Time, 4-Day Work Week
Fridays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM are mandatory

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where applicable)
• Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

0 years of clinical experience

• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• A desire to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care
• Clinical requirements as needed by the office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This is a standard requirement and must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and necessary guidance will be provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
