Scheduling Coordinator The Registrar's Office at Hampton University invites applications for the position of Scheduling Coordinator to support the administrative duties of the department. The Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with the Department Chairs to create and publish the Course Schedule Listing and Final Exam Schedule each semester, process administrative requests, and assist with registration, graduation, and other duties as assigned by the Registrar. Examples of duties include: Create the Course Schedule Listing and Final Exam Schedule each semester and ensure it is published before the registration period begins Processes Batch Registration Forms as submitted by faculty Assign Room Reservations for student groups and academic departments Serve as back up to the Transcript Clerk and assist with researching transcript requests on microfiche or hard copies Assist with registration, graduation and other duties as assigned. Adhere to all University policies and procedures as they relate to faculty and staff conduct while maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality habits. All other duties as assigned. Typical qualifications include: Associate or Bachelor's degree and experience working in an office environment. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills, be able to set priorities in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
