• Call only coverage 7 am - 7 am 24hr shifts
• 20+ days of call coverage needed per month
• Call ratio 1:3 with 15-20 minute response time
• Average 400 deliveries per year
• No in-house call requirement beeper call type
• Both inpatient and outpatient required
• Requires low/high risk deliveries and surgical gynecology
• Ongoing coverage needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
