Job Opportunity Unit Information Location: Miami, FL Unit: Respiratory NICU/PICU Building: Main General Information
- Unit Staffing: Director, Manager, 1 Supervisor/Charge Therapist per shift, and regular staff.
- Type of Equipment: High Flow Devices, 3100A, Bunnell, Servo s, continuous nebulizers, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, and regular nebulizers.
- Documentation System: Meditech.
- Floating Policy: May provide coverage for regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, etc.
- Requested Skill Set:
- Must Have:
- BLS
- NRP
- PALS
- 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience.
- Preferred: Candidates with Meditech experience will be prioritized.
- Advanced Skills Needed: Current NICU/PICU experience.
- Team player
- Critical thinker
- Patient care focus
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Adaptable to change
- Multidisciplinary approach to patient care and collaborative in nature
- Level 1 adult and pediatric trauma center
- Level 3 NICU
