Job Description Represent clients in family law matters, providing thoughtful legal guidance from initial consultation through resolution. Manage a caseload involving matters such as divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and other domestic relations issues. Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to active matters. Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents. Prepare cases for hearings, conferences, mediation, negotiation, and litigation. Advocate for clients while pursuing practical and cost‑effective resolutions. Communicate directly with clients to explain legal options, case strategy, developments, and next steps. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to keep matters organized, responsive, and moving forward. Maintain strong attention to deadlines, court requirements, documentation, and case details. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing. 1+ year of family law experience. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and client communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities independently. Professional judgment, attention to detail, and a client‑focused approach. Courtroom, hearing, mediation, or negotiation experience is a plus.
