Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the nursing department to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for nursing staff.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall patient outcomes.
- Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Current RN license in Wisconsin, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care Setting
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (preferred)
