Status: Full-time

Shift: Day
Compensation: Pay Rate+ Sign on+ All benefits.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the nursing department to ensure the delivery of quality patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for nursing staff.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall patient outcomes.
Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Wisconsin, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care Setting
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (preferred)
