Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) located in The Villages, Florida. This role involves providing circulating experience in orthopedics, trauma, general surgery, and DaVinci Robotics procedures. Candidates are required to have a minimum of two years of clinical experience as an Operating Room RN and must bring their active Florida RN license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Shift Hours: 10 hours, with start times variable between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours.
• Location: The Villages, Florida.
• Required Qualifications: Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license; minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room RN; circulating experience in orthopedic joints & trauma (strong emphasis), general surgery (strong emphasis), and DaVinci Robotics; BLS certification required; ACLS preferred at time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience highly preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with Cerner, Epic, or Meditech electronic medical record systems. Clinical experience in a teaching hospital setting is preferred. No work history gaps over 30 days without documented explanation.
• Schedule: Scheduled days off requests include 07/06/2026-07/10/2026 and 08/18/2026-08/20/2026. Professionals understand and accept floating requirements within their scope of practice.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have the facility type, EMR system, and bed count included in their rsum, along with at least one professional reference dated within the last 12 months.
• Travel Required: Yes.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
