Association for Individual Development
Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking an Entry Level Screening Assessment and Support Services (SASS) and Specialized Family Support Program (SFSP) Case Manager in Yorkville, IL. This full-time role supports families and youth with case coordination and documentation across SASS, SFSP and FSP programs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with two evenings; some weekends/holidays may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Association for Individual Development
