A  Formulator is responsible for accurately mixing agricultural chemical products according to strict manufacturing instructions while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role is hands-on and production-based rather than laboratory research. 

Typical duties include:

• Operating production equipment and mixing systems.
• Verifying raw materials and weighing ingredients accurately.
• Processing batches according to written formulas.
• Recording production and quality control data.
• Performing basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.
• Assisting with packaging and other production operations.
• Following all safety procedures when handling chemicals.
• Supervising assigned production labor when needed. 

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.
• Basic math skills for measuring and weighing ingredients.
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Ability to work in a plant environment, including stairs, confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays if required.
