Accounting Manager

Summary Connect Search is hiring an Accounting Manager in Racine County. This position offers a hybrid work from home schedule of 1 day per week. Responsibilities Manage the accounting activities for reporting monthly financial results. Manage team responsible for project-based accounting activities. Prepare monthly account reconciliations to the general ledger to ensure timely and accurate completion. Drive the close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Monthly P&L variance analysis, including analyzing labor costs, material usage, and overhead allocation Implements processes and controls to ensure compliance with company internal controls and accounting standards/policies. Support budget and forecasting activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
