Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA for PT candidates.
• Active state license to practice Physical Therapy is required to start the position for PTs. PTA candidates must hold an active PTA license as required by state.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Clinical Focus & Caseload:

• Adult outpatient orthopedics only.
• Hourly-based caseload and productivity expectations as noted above.
• Treatment model combines individual and concurrent care. Occasional double-booking and overlapping appointments are common.
• Typical staffing ratio approximates 1 PT : 1 PTA, though clinic staffing varies from 3 to 11 therapists on-site.
