Contract | Day Shift | 36–48 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
• Document and chart patient information accurately within the facility's EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• ACLS certification from AHA or ARC (ALS equivalent accepted)
• Demonstrated experience with both Epic and Cerner EMR systems within the last 5 years
• Each position listed in work history must include the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used in one role, dates clarifying usage of each system must be provided

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
• Previous experience supporting or working through an Epic EMR conversion
