Remote Video Editor - Mid-Senior Contract

Join a dynamic YouTube channel dedicated to empowering viewers with financial knowledge and retirement planning strategies. This role is ideal for a skilled video editor passionate about creating engaging content that educates and inspires. You will play a key part in the relaunch and ongoing growth of a channel with a substantial following, producing 2-3 videos per month and supporting the expansion of the channel’s digital presence. Responsibilities Edit long-form YouTube videos to a high standard, ensuring clarity, pacing, and audience engagement Design compelling thumbnails that drive clicks and reflect the channel’s financial focus Repurpose video content for various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement Collaborate on building and promoting an email newsletter, including setting up online payments and email sequences for financial product sales Ensure all content is delivered on schedule, with weekly video releases every Saturday at 6pm GMT Maintain clear communication and alignment with the channel’s vision and goals Skills and Requirements Proven experience editing YouTube content, ideally for finance or educational channels Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Ability to design eye-catching thumbnails and adapt content for multiple platforms Experience with email marketing tools and setting up online payment systems Native-level English proficiency for clear communication and content accuracy Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for financial education About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
