Senior Compensation Partner, Global Total Rewards
Workday
Workday is seeking a Senior Compensation professional to join the Total Rewards team, guiding benchmarking, job profiles, and pay ranges on a global basis. You will serve as the first point of contact for compensation questions across Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and Compensation Partners. You will develop cost models, forecast analyses, and design recommendations for a variety of global compensation programs while participating in annual surveys and ad hoc requests to support the #J-18808-Ljbffr Workday
