Mortgage Loan Opener at Unity Bank

The Loan Opener is responsible for completing the initial data input, ordering of services and issuing of initial disclosures for all mortgage loan applications. Essential Functions Ensure accurate, complete and timely loan data is being entered into loan processing system Generate initial disclosures on all new loan applications in a timely and compliant manner Order services that include appraisals, title, subordination agreements, employment verifications, payoffs, etc. Communicate with mortgage sales and operations to maintain a high level of customer service Assist processing team members as needed Additional Functions Assist department with any other assigned duties Education and Experience Previous residential mortgage experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Detail oriented and accurate data entry Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status or disability.
