Topre America is hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Operators to join our automotive manufacturing team. Manufacturing Operators may work in areas including Assembly, Press, Robotic Welding, Inspection, Packaging, and other production operations.

Available Shifts

1st Shift

Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

• Overtime may be required until 6:00 PM based on production needs
• Additional workdays may be required

2nd Shift

Sunday–Thursday | 6:00 PM–2:30 AM

• $0.30 per hour shift differential
• Overtime may be required until 6:00 AM based on production needs
• Additional workdays may be required

Must be willing to work your assigned shift, overtime, and additional workdays as required by production needs.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will help produce high-quality automotive components while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Operate production equipment, machinery, and robotic systems
• Load and position automotive parts into fixtures and equipment
• Assemble and inspect automotive components
• Stack, pack, and label finished products
• Perform quality checks and identify defective parts
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Meet established production goals
• Complete basic production paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Rotate between different production tasks as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Report safety, equipment, and quality concerns to your supervisor
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or production experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, squat, reach, push, and pull
• Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Lift up to 35 pounds
• Work around manufacturing equipment and robotic machinery
• Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the workday
