Role Purpose The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights attheticketcounterandgates;aswellasverifyingpassengerdocumentation,assigningseats,providinggateinformation,checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport. This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct. What you will be doing Assistpassengerswithcheck-ins,verification,gateinformation,baggageclaimsandanyotherpassengerissuesintheairport,beenthusiasticandkeepapositiveattitudewhileofferingassistance. Hostself-servicekiosks andverifypassengers’documentspriortoboardingaircraft, Interpretidentificationlabelsalongwithbaggageandcargoroutingtags. Ensurethatallworkareasareorganizedandfunctional(check-in,lobby,gate,baggage).
