Automotive New Car Manager / New Vehicle Sales Manager

Sheboygan Auto Group is looking for an experienced New Car Manager / New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. We are seeking a motivated automotive leader who understands new vehicle sales operations, inventory management, desking deals, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership profitability. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all new vehicle sales operations
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Desk deals and assist sales consultants throughout the sales process
• Monitor new vehicle inventory levels, aging, and pricing strategies
• Work closely with finance and service departments to maximize profitability and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and sales processes
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and dealership performance metrics
• Help drive showroom traffic, sales volume, gross profit, and CSI performance
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and vendor partners
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
• Foster a positive, high-performance dealership culture

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a New Car Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, Finance Manager, or Sales Director preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive sales operations and dealership profitability
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze reports, sales data, and market trends
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with dealership CRM and inventory management systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
