For more information, please visit About the Role We are seeking a versatile IT System Administrator to join our TechOps team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess a can‑do attitude and a strong sense of ownership, akin to that of a site manager. This role requires flexibility to transition seamlessly between tactical user support and project execution. What You'll Do IT Systems Management: Oversee the day‑to‑day management of IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the organization. End‑User Support: Provide technical support to end‑users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and assisting with IT‑related inquiries. Software and Application Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications and licenses, including productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and business applications, to support the needs of the organization. IT Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end‑users on IT systems and procedures, as well as develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate self‑service support. What You Bring Excellent Customer Service and communication skills. Experience with Okta administration and automation. Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS365 administration. Familiarity with MDM administration and zero‑touch deployment. Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills. Prior experience in SaaS operations management.
