As a Registered Nurse in the IMCU, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to patients. You will utilize your clinical judgment to conduct accurate assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Managing cardiac drips and monitoring telemetry
• Maintaining a patient ratio of 1:4
• Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements for this role include:

• Current RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Need 2 years experience in IMCU setting
• Experience with telemetry and cardiac drips
• Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
