Step into a dynamic school-based environment providing vital speech-language services to students across the Denver metro area! Two rewarding contract opportunities are now available for talented professionals passionate about making a difference in K-12 education.

Details:

• One part-time (.5 FTE) in-person role offers a flexible 2.5-day-per-week schedule through the end of May 2027, focusing on caseload coverage for students at multiple sites (caseload: 20-25 students; exact sites may vary throughout the year).
• A full-time contract runs from January through the end of the school year, supporting 40-45 students at a K-8 campus until mid-March, then transitioning to another site through May. This opening can be tailored for either a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.

Key qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Department of Education license as a Special Service Provider with Speech Pathologist endorsement. For one role, an SLPA credential is also suitable.
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued.
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset for working across various campuses and student needs.
• Ability to complete required background checks and fingerprinting promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and deliver targeted therapy to students in group and individual formats.
• Maintain organized documentation, collaborate closely with educators and families, and actively participate in IEP meetings.
• Adjust support as needed to meet evolving caseloads and educational settings.
