Responsibilities Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center This full-service hospital includes 136 beds (with the ability to expand to 184 beds), a verified trauma center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and newborn delivery, an ambulatory pavilion for clinic visits and other outpatient services, a 500-car garage, and a helipad for emergency transport. We are seeking an experienced Float Pool Registered Nurse (Full Time) Our ideal candidate plays a vital role in supporting the launch and ongoing success of Washington, DC’s newest full-service hospital. As part of a dynamic and mission-driven team, the Float Pool RN delivers high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units based on real-time staffing needs. This role is essential in ensuring continuity of care and operational excellence by providing safe, evidence-based nursing practice in alignment with CHRMC’s commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and community impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and demonstrates strong clinical versatility, adaptability, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into diverse specialty areas.
