Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Specialty RN to join our team caring for patients in their homes. Work in an interdisciplinary approach to care. Discuss complex cases as a team. Care for ONE PATIENT AT A TIME.

• Gain new skills (wound vacs, advanced wound care, IV care, disease management and more!)

• Teach patients/caregivers about their diagnoses, medications, and help them to become independent with their treatments and self-management of their chronic illness(es)

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, generally 8am to 4pm, some flexibility in schedule. Minimal weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years RN acute care experience required.
• Valid NYS RN Licensure.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $52.81

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
