We are hiring a Job Coach for our Janitorial/Landscape program, starting at $20.00/hr .
Train, coach, and mentor teams who are providing valuable services in the community. Our fully paid training will give you all the skills you need to make a vital difference in the lives of Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities.

· Coach, mentor, and lead individuals to have the skills and confidence to be successful in their careers.
· Develop supportive relationships with team members
· Provide excellent customer service to community businesses
Successful applicants will:
· Have a heart and a passion to make a difference and help people become the best version of themselves
· Be 18 years & older
· Have HS Diploma or equivalent and a current Driver’s License
· Be able to lift 65 pounds
· Navigate in and around computers and tablets
· Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen for illegal drugs and a criminal history background check
