General Dentist – DeSoto, TX
An established, patient-focused private dental practice in DeSoto, Texas is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing patient base and replace a long-tenured provider, allowing you to build a productive schedule from day one.
The practice is part of a respected doctor-supported dental organization that provides strong clinical and operational support while allowing dentists to maintain autonomy in delivering high-quality patient care. The office features a collaborative team, modern technology, and a commitment to comprehensive family dentistry in a welcoming environment.
Located just 15 minutes south of downtown Dallas, DeSoto offers the perfect blend of suburban living and metropolitan convenience. About the Position
- Full-time General Dentist opportunity
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
- Replace an established provider with an existing patient base
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including:
- Restorative dentistry
- Crown & bridge
- Endodontics
- Extractions
- Preventive and family dentistry
- Modern, well-established practice with experienced clinical and administrative support
- Collaborative environment focused on quality patient care and long-term success
Compensation & Benefits
- $900/day guaranteed for the first 5 months
- Transition to 33–35% of collections (based on experience)
- $2,000 annual Continuing Education allowance
- Medical and vision insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Malpractice insurance provided (when participating in the company plan)
