HR Generalist Primary Responsibilities HR Systems Administration : Manage and administer key HR systems, including benefits administration and recruitment portals . Recruitment Support : Utilize people‑management systems (such as UKG/UltiPro ) to assist in the site hiring and onboarding processes. Process Management : Oversee essential human resource workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency. Safety Coordination : Exhibit safe work habits and follow training protocols while working within a manufacturing or rail operating environment. Data Accuracy : Maintain precise records and evidence of administrative excellence within company-wide systems. Continuous Improvement : Assist in implementing new technology or processes related to HR administration and participate in lean activities (5S, Kaizen) as assigned. HR Generalist Requirements Experience : 0–5 years of administrative experience specifically in a human resources or manufacturing environment. Technical Proficiency : Evidence of experience with UKG/UltiPro or other people‑management systems is highly preferred. Software Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams). Education : an Associate degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
