As a Caregiver, also known as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant, you will build rewarding relationships while performing various personal care services including hygiene care, meal prep, taking vitals, and assistance with activities.*Active CPR certification is preferred. Don't have an active CPR certification? No problem — we will help you get certified!*This is a Part-Time opportunity for Morning & Evening ShiftsPay: $18 - $20/ hour *Potential for pay to increase in alignment with experience.Weekly Pay with direct deposit or debit cardFlexible Scheduling including weekends and eveningsRewards and Recognition ProgramsCareer GrowthProvide client with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, linen changes and light housekeepingPrepare and administer meals according to client's dietTake and record vital signs, as well as height and weight, if necessaryAssist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes and report any changes to the Director of NursingAssist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities and shoppingDevelop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standardsEnsure client's rights are adhered toLicensed driver with reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with the organization's requirementsAbility to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentialityAbility to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectivelyAbility to travel up to 30 minutes as needed for client care service needs as well as staff and business needs including job required training and conferences.Any job offer is dependent on passing all pre-hire steps, which will be explained in an offer letter.
