Receptionist PositionThe Receptionist at Brandon Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, the Receptionist represents the company and creates a positive impression for visitors and callers. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position, hours will vary, and Saturdays will be required.Responsibilities:Welcome and greet customers and visitors, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate departmentAnswer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or departmentOperate a multi-line telephone system, taking and delivering messages as neededHandle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotionsSchedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for various departmentsPerform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entryAssist with organizing and coordinating meetings and eventsManage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesRequirements:Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in operating a multi-line telephone systemStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong computer skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful situationsFlexible schedule, including Saturdays, evenings & holidaysAbout the Company:Brandon Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is a leading automotive dealership serving the Loveland, Colorado area.
