Line Cooks play a critical role in maintaining excellence during peak hours while upholding food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork. What You’ll Do Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to brand standards Follow recipes and procedures with accuracy and urgency Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Properly handle, store, and rotate inventory Keep workstations clean and organized Work efficiently during high-volume rushes Communicate clearly with Front of House and leadership Support team members to ensure smooth operations What We’re Looking For Must be 16 years of age or older Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Attention to detail and consistency Team-oriented mindset Dependable and punctual Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement Willingness to grow into leadership opportunities Availability including evenings and Saturdays Why Join Chick-fil-A Wendell Falls?
