The Club at Las Campanas is seeking a licensed Nail Technician to join our Spa & Fitness team. If you're passionate about nail care, enjoy building lasting relationships with clients, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.

Unlike a traditional salon, you'll have the opportunity to serve a well-established membership of 800+ private club members in a professional, upscale environment where quality and personalized service come first.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional manicure and pedicure services for Club members and guests
• Perform Classic and Sport Manicures and Pedicures
• Apply traditional polish, gel polish, and shellac finishes
• Deliver relaxing hand and foot massage techniques as part of nail services
• Assess members' nail care needs and recommend appropriate services and products
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control
• Properly sanitize all tools and equipment according to New Mexico regulations and Club standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area
• Build positive relationships through outstanding customer service
• Help create an exceptional spa experience for every member

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico Nail Technician License (required)
• Minimum six months of professional nail technician experience
• Experience performing manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and shellac services
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and infection control procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a luxury spa, resort, hotel, or private club
• Retail product recommendation or sales experience
• Passion for continuing education and learning new techniques

Schedule

Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings based on business needs.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay with gratuities. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
