RN.com is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager in Annapolis, Maryland. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate care for the acute inpatient population, working closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and effective outcomes. Qualified candidates must possess a valid MD license. Preferred qualifications include previous experience with Kaiser. This is a 13-week assignment, with hours from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including alternating weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr RN.com
