Job Description

Title: Procurement Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204

Work Arrangement: Hybrid after training – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $36.00–$44.00/Hour on W2

Key Responsibilities :

Manage procurement requisitions, purchasing activities, and procurement system data.

Support RFIs, RFPs, negotiated bids, sourcing strategies, and Statements of Work.

Manage vendor onboarding, vendor records, compliance, and vendor lifecycle activities.

Maintain contracts, track expirations, and coordinate renewals with Legal and Procurement.

Prepare audit data, tracking reports, and ad hoc procurement analytics.

Work closely with Finance, Legal, Business Owners, and vendors.

Manage office supply purchasing, ordering, receiving, and records.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3–5 years of procurement, purchasing, vendor management, or contract administration experience.

Knowledge of procurement policies/procedures and contract documentation.

Strong analytical, research, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Experience with enterprise accounting/financial systems.

Must be local to Indianapolis, IN.
