Industrial Painter / Blaster

Location: Ontario, OH

Pay Rate: $21.39 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Total Talent Solutions is hiring an Industrial Painter / Blaster to help prepare and finish metal parts used in our operations. This role focuses on both surface preparation and applying protective coatings.

Job Duties:

• Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to interior and exterior surfaces, equipment, fixtures, and other structures to improve their appearance and provide protection from wear and environmental conditions.
• Work primarily in a blast booth to remove rust, old paint, and debris from metal parts.
• Prepare surfaces using sandpaper, brushes, steel wool, scrapers, or other tools.
• Follow work orders and instructions from supervisors to complete jobs accurately.

Experience Requirements:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.
