National Presence: NMLS licensed in all 50 states upon training completion Requirements Experience Requirements: Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience in outside sales Active NMLS # Two or more new purchase loans per month preferred Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals within all departments of the bank Thorough knowledge of current originating guidelines/procedures Favorable credit and background check Veterans are encouraged to apply Outside Sales Compensation This position is 100% commission. Those hired are eligible to earn monthly commissions that are based upon a percentage, 50-200 basis points (0.50%-2.00%), of funded loan volume.
