Senior Manager, Creator Marketing

Driving the creator marketing strategy for TikTok and Meta, the full-time Senior Manager, Creator Marketing will manage creator relationships, oversee program operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and growth in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own the creator program strategy, including tier structure, recruitment, and content guidelines Manage relationships with creators, providing feedback on content and coordinating promotional efforts Build and maintain operational systems for the creator program, ensuring compliance and effective tracking Required qualifications 4-7 years of relevant experience in creator program management or related fields Deep understanding of creator dynamics and relationships on TikTok and Meta Proven track record of managing creator partnerships and driving program growth Expertise in TikTok Shop and familiarity with its operational mechanics Strong organizational skills and operational discipline in managing workflows and documentation
