Carrillo Innovations is a growing 5-star Google-rated construction and remodeling company based in Las Vegas, NV, and we are looking for motivated, outgoing, and hungry Field Sales Representatives to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants to grow in sales, and is looking for a position with strong earning potential.

As part of our team, you will visit residential neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and introduce them to our remodeling services, including kitchens, bathrooms, countertops, cabinets, additions, and home improvement projects.

Another major advantage is our Mobile Showroom , which allows us to bring samples, ideas, and design options directly to the customer. This gives you a stronger presentation tool and creates a more professional and convenient experience for homeowners.

We also offer financing options for our clients, making it easier for homeowners to move forward with their projects — which means more opportunities for you to earn commissions.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential neighborhoods in Las Vegas and present Carrillo Innovations’ services
• Speak with homeowners and identify those interested in remodeling, additions, or construction projects
• Collect and submit qualified leads to our sales team within 24 hours
• Represent Carrillo Innovations with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude
• Help create interest and excitement around our services and Mobile Showroom

Compensation

• $30–$100 per qualified lead delivered
• 2%–5% commission when a lead converts into a signed contract
• Performance bonuses for top producers
• Uncapped earning potential

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with new people
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• No prior sales experience needed — training will be provided
