Job DescriptionJob Summary:Responsible for defining the standards for data quality across various systems, building reporting to monitor quality and using exceptional analytical and cross functional skills to root cause data quality issues. Designs and implements processes to predict and prevent future issues. Develops and maintains an expert knowledge of Walgreens Master Data ecosystem. Interacts with internal and external teams such as IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, and Stores to drive problem resolution, RCA and identify the opportunities to improve the processes and data quality. Job Responsibilities:Works on moderately complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. May exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Acts as a specialist in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to moderately complex issues. Provides expertise and knowledge in a moderately complex area of specialization. Identifies and researches somewhat unique customer opportunities, issues, and requests.Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships and keeps stakeholders informed of progress or status , addressing the underlying needs of the stakeholders.Provides expertise and knowledge in a moderately complex area of specialization. Walgreens has approximately 220,000 team members, including nearly 90,000 healthcare service providers, and is committed to being the first choice for pharmacy, retail and health services, building trusted relationships that create healthier futures for customers, patients, team members and communities.External Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).Experience working with SQL (query optimization, data extraction), Python (data manipulation, script automation), and Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX modeling).Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).Preferred QualificationsAPICS CSCP CertificationMaster Data Governance (MDG) and Management (MDM) tools experienceWe will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.The Salary below is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Walgreens.
