CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Quality Inspector candidates in the Wilmington, MA area. Looking for FIRST SHIFT? APPLY TODAY! Schedule: 7am 3pm or 8am 4pm. Pay Rate: $20-$27 The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing basic inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications. This entry-level position is focused on following company procedures, recording inspection data, and identifying potential non-conformances.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing quality assurance with production teams.
• Verify conformance to specifications using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Document inspection results and any defects or non-conformances identified.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics at a basic level.
• Follow company procedures to perform routine quality checks.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math skills, including working with fractions and decimals in both imperial and metric systems.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring devices, such as calipers and micrometers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to enter data accurately and consistently.
