Customer Service Representative
We at Teami Blends have always prided ourselves in top-notch customer service and we are looking to add more to the team! We want those that are just as passionate about helping others as we are. With all-natural products that help our customers to achieve real results, we want to continue to grow our support team that can be there for them in their journey to change their lifestyle for the better.
The purpose of this position would be to handle all incoming questions regarding Teami’s product line and help customers who have questions about their orders!
This is an in office position, there are currently no remote positions available.
Responsibilities
- Provide delightful customer service through casual, unscripted conversations via email and live chat. No contact via phones!
- Resolve billing and technical issues and provide order status information
- Assist in sales by providing detailed information about products and services to customers
- Provide customer feedback and data to relevant internal teams across the company
- Maintain detailed product knowledge to engage in consumer education and support sales efforts
Qualifications
- Superior oral, written and listening skills with the ability to assist all members in a friendly, courteous manner
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule in order to meet business needs during peak seasons and special events
- A team player with a positive attitude!
- Must be able to type a minimum of 55-65 WPM
- Perfect spelling and use of grammar in written responses
The schedule for this position is as follows:
Monday - Friday
9:00am to 5:00pm
