This ICU RN contract offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary critical care environment where no two days are the same. You'll be managing a mix of neurological, surgical, and cardiopulmonary patients, utilizing advanced technology such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and ECMO machines. Expect to engage in hands-on, high-stakes care, with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule that ensures a balanced work-life rhythm.
