COMPENSATION: $28.85-$31.25/hr DOE STATUS: Full‑Time, W2 Employee LOCATION: Tucson, AZ or Omaha, NE (2 days in office and 3 days remote) What You’ll Do Review clinical charts to confirm alignment with internal standards, state/federal regulations, and payor requirements Identify trends, support quality improvement initiatives, and track follow-through Coach and train clinicians on documentation best practices and compliance expectations Partner with Quality leadership and cross‑functional teams to support timely reporting and corrective actions Qualifications Required qualifications/skills: LPN, RN, PT, or PTA; HCS-D and COS-C or HCS-O required 1+ year home health/hospice/related clinical experience; strong documentation review capability Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality methodology, and payor rules Clear communication, high attention to detail, independent work style, deadline focus What We’re Looking For A natural problem solver who likes learning new systems and technology.
